  • ROSEBERRY SOAP (150g): An eco-friendly body cleansing soap with a delicious sweet berry scent that will boost your day.
  • COCONUT-VANILLA SPICE BODY LOTION BAR (75ml): A creamy lotion that provides intensive moisture and gentle care of your skin, perfect for your hand, body, and face.
  • DMX BODY SALT WITH ORGANIC & FAIRTRADE SHEA BUTTER (200ml): Finely ground Himalayan salt, Italian, and Red Sea salts. To ensure deep cleansing care, Mido Made has added the finest unrefined organic Fairtrade Shea butter for the heart of Ghana. Thanks to the fine grinding of the salt, it can be applied to the face.
  • 5x HANDMADE MAKEUP REMOVAL PADS: Made from 100% cotton, these washable handmade makeup removal pads will remove every last bit of residue from your face. The colors of the pads may vary as each pad is handcrafted, so if you have specific color preferences, please contact us.

All products are handmade, without palm and kernel oil. Without chemical additives, parabens, fats of animal origin, silicones, or plastic. Come with no plastic packaging. Not tested on animals. Made in Zurich, with love.

Refund Policy

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

If you revoke an order, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this order. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

Return

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue
