Shipping Policy
EcoDreamr ships from Switzerland.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days.

We send our products in Switzerland by Swiss Post.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or a link to track your package.
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions or forms.
Please do not send your purchase back before receiving confirmation from our side.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
