To make an exchange, you must first return the item(s) and then place a new order on our website for the desired products.
To make a return, there is only one procedure:
- Send an email to [email protected] stating the reason for your return, your contact details, your order number, and the references of the products you wish to return.
- Print the return label that we will send you by email and attach it directly to your parcel.
- Place the item(s) in the original envelope or in suitable, sturdy packaging, including the completed return form and the purchase invoice, or a copy if this is a partial return. Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene seal attached. If you are returning the entire order, please also return the pouch.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your parcel to send it back and obtain a refund. After this period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Any return that does not follow this procedure will not be processed by our services.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will carry out a check and then issue a refund to the account used for the original order within 14 business days.
