Shipping Policy

Our clothes are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Once your order is placed, it will ship out in 1-2 business days. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add on the shipping time estimates below.

  • Europe: 1-3 days
  • Continental US: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 3-7 business days

Refund Policy

RETURNS


In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected]

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once we approved the return, we have to receive the order in the next 14 days. If this is not the case we will not accept the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you send the item to another address than the one we provide you we cannot guarantee we will receive the product and we cannot offer a refund if the package is lost.


There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the tracking number is the only valid proof.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges 

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue

The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item back to us (except if the item is damaged).

If you are exchanging an item for a cheaper one, we will issue a refund of the difference (minus the shipping costs).
If you are exchanging an item for a more expansive one, we will charge you the difference (plus shipping cost).
