Lumberjack Recycled Beanie Navy
Sharp-looking. Warm. Functional. And fully made from recycled yarn sourced from old jeans, collected – as legend would have it – from the actual lumberjacks. Certified according to the Recycled Blended Claim Standard (an international standard that guarantees responsible sourcing of materials and transparency in the chain) the Lumberjack Recycled Beanie Navy sewn into the side was created from recycled PET bottles.
Like all modern lumberjacks, it is unisex.

Care
Wash the New Orchard recycled cotton cap in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C, no problem. Or wash it by hand – up to you. We strongly advise you not to iron, bleach, or tumble dry the hat. Ideally, lay it flat, and let it air dry.
These New Orchard accessories are made entirely in Poland. They are also free of any animal-derived materials, so 100% vegan.

The average delivery time is between 3-7 working days from the time of receipt of payment.
Every product purchased is carefully packaged in an environmentally friendly and sustainable box and covered with biodegradable film.

Refund Policy
In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].
To return your product, please use the following address if ordered from Switzerland: New Orchard, Seestrasse 82, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.
If ordered from EU or UK, please return to: New Orchard, Gwiazdzista Str. 15A/260, 01-651 Warsaw, Poland.
The sender is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued at over CHF 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items
We only offer refunds on items purchased at regular price. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
