Our Infinite Skin Care set contains:

  • 1x HANDMADE INFINITE SOAP (120gr): A deep cleanser for all types of skin. This is the best pore-cleansing soap for your daily hand and body cleanse.
  • 1X COCONUT-VANILLA SPICE BODY LOTION BAR (75ml): Our creamy body lotion bar is excellent for moisturizing your face, hands, and/or body anytime, anywhere, deeply moisturizing your skin well without leaving it feeling greasy. The moisture in our lotion bars provides your skin with protection against air conditioning, central heating, or dry winters.
  • 1x DMX BODY SALT BODY LOTION WITH ORGANIC & FAIRTRADE SHEA BUTTER (200ml): DMX Body Salt contains finely ground Himalayan salt, Italian sea salt, and Red Sea salt blended with certified organic Shea butter from the heart of Ghana.
  • 5x HANDMADE MAKEUP REMOVAL PADS: Each of these handmade makeup removal pads is made from 100% cotton. They are easily washable at 40 degrees. Each pad color is handcrafted with love, so there might be some color variations. If you have specific color preferences, please contact us.

All products are handmade, without palm and kernel oil. Without chemical additives, parabens, fats of animal origin, silicones, or plastic. Come with no plastic packaging. Not tested on animals. Made in Zurich, with love.

Refund Policy

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

If you revoke an order, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this order. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

Return

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue
