Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from our facility in Poland. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Switzerland courier delivery - CHF 100; free above orders of CHF 200
EU countries courier delivery - CHF 10
UK courier delivery - CHF 10; free above orders of CHF 200
US courier delivery - CHF 20; free above orders of CHF 200

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

(soon, orders to Switzerland will be customs free. At the moment, you can benefit from a store credit equal to the customs you pay, to use on future orders at Swiss Impact Store.)

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear with the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or
  2. The brand will confirm your return and provide the return address
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return using your preferred carrier (return shipping costs are covered by the customer)

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or color), please return your original order and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
