Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via Swisspost services only within Europe. Your package is delivered 2-5 days after you place your order.

We strives to ship the products you have ordered as soon as possible after the receipt of your order. We cannot completely exclude seasonal delays resulting from large orders, even with the greatest efforts.


Refund Policy

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card or initial payment method within 20-30 working days.

Once we receive your returned item and run it for a check, we will notify you of the process by email. We will also let you know if we approve a reject your refund request.

Please note that only regular priced products can be reimbursed, unlike sales items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You can return your unopened product up to 90 days after your purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue

The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.

RETURNS POLICY FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Please, do not return products to us without contacting us first. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It has to be in its initial packaging.
