Shipping Policy

We sew the products by hand and to order.

The lead time of the order is 2-3 weeks.

We send packages via Slovak Post, a. s., which normally delivers goods within the Slovak Republic in 1 to 5 working days. In case the Slovak Post's delivery driver does not reach you, he will leave a notice in your mailbox about the parcel being deposited at your post office.

Postage and packing within the Slovak Republic - 5€ (over 75€ FREE shipping)

Postage and packing to the Czech Republic - 10€

Postage to other EU countries - 15€

Postage to other countries - 25€

Refund Policy

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders, click Refund next to the item you want to return, or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, i.e. the right to return the paid goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the order confirmation. As delivery times are sometimes longer with us, we allow you to return or exchange the goods for another within 14 days of delivery. Returns do not apply to goods made to the buyer's special request (lengthening, shortening, alterations to the cut, or custom-made goods).

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As soon as you discover a faulty, missing, or damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue
