Cold hand wash recommended. Machine wash in a closed bag, cold cycle with gentle spin. Use a neutral soap. Press in a towel and lay flat to dry. Iron at low temperature with a cloth protecting the garment.

ITA ITO ships from Geneva, Switzerland.
Packages are generally shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Swiss Post. Packages can also be shipped via UPS.
CUSTOMS OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and VAT in the destination country. These charges are billed by the carrier on delivery and are payable by the recipient.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer may cancel or change the order as long as the goods have not been shipped (the carrier's receipt being authoritative).
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, without having to give a reason.

Tell us whether you would like an exchange (another size or colour) or a refund.
Send the parcel to: ITA-ITO, Chemin sur la Croix 2, 1261 Le Vaud, Switzerland. You can also drop it off at the boutique, Rue de la Cité 6bis, 1204 Geneva.
We refund the item to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs and return costs are at your expense, unless we made an error.

WARRANTY
Ita-ito guarantees manufacturing defects on the items it sells for one year (the one-year warranty corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty).
The warranty does not cover normal wear, the consequences of inappropriate use, damage by the buyer or a third party, or defects due to external circumstances (modification of the item, natural events, frost, lightning, lack of care, inappropriate modification or repair by the customer or a third party, humidity, falls, knocks, etc.).
