Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 1 business day of being placed. Switzerland takes 2-3 business days to be delivered.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. The delivery costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs fees may apply when returning; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 75 CHF, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

REFUND

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. Please do not return the purchases before contacting us in the initial instance. If 7 days had passed  since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange but we encourage you to reach out and contact us in order for us to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please always send back with your receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be non-returnable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue
