Recycled Gold & Silver

Every piece is handcrafted with 100% recycled gold and sterling silver, reducing CO2 emissions by over 60%.

925 Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other materials, and is a standard material used in high-quality jewellery. Gold Vermeil: 925 sterling silver with 2.5-3.0 micron 18k gold, long-lasting wear & affordable!

Solid Gold:

– 24k gold is 99,5% gold | is pure gold but it’s too soft and susceptible to scratches, so it’s not practical for everyday use.

– 18k gold is 75% gold

– 14k gold is 58.3% gold

– 10k gold is 41,7% gold

Pure gold is very flexible and yellow in colour, so mixing it with other materials strengthens the gold, making it more appropriate for use in jewelry pieces.

We will make sure that your jewelry will be sent out within 48 hours. FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all orders in The Netherlands. Please note that free shipping does not apply during the sale. For all orders under €150,- we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of € 14,75 within Europe & €24,75 the rest of the world.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within 30 days. To request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders, click Refund next to the item you want to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected]. The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article: – is in an undamaged state, – is not worn and/or used, – includes the original and undamaged packaging. Ana Dyla reserves the right to refuse returned items. The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days. REFUND INFORMATION After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 8 working days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you’re with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering.
