Our Chanderi scarf fabric is sourced from the lovely town in Madhya Pradesh, India where this finest weave first originated. This hand woven scarf is then dyed with colours found in nature, their colours splattered across the surface. Apricot from temple pomegranate waste is the primary colour essence used, along with hints of sprinkled indigo. In the morning light, we see the brightest colour mirages emerge from this scarf, reminiscent of its upcycled journey from the rural towns, temples and colours found in nature.
Maintenance Advice :
Gentle washing by hand 30-40°is the best for the scarf’s soul. Give it some respite from sunlight, and dry in shade. Definitely, do not bleach! Natural dyes may run or fade slightly with time, but the compliments you receive for this natural beauty, last a lifetime.

We deliver internationally to all sites through La Poste to the delivery address defined by the customer. We scan your orders during shipment and once your order has been shipped, this number is emailed to you. Please visit the La Poste website and enter this unique number next to your order to track the current location of your shipment and the expected delivery date. Delivery is free only for orders over 30 euros.
We take 3-5 business days after your order has been placed to ship it from our warehouse. The expected delivery date varies depending on where you live and the day of the week.
In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Nimboo accepts returns for all items purchased online at full price, for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items purchased at full price can also be exchanged, free of charge, within this period. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition, with all labels intact. For any return made to Nimboo, the delivery slip must be shared at the time of return.
The refund of your return can be made either in the form of a credit note which can be exchanged at Nimboo for up to one year, or in the form of a cash refund to the account where the purchase was made. If you receive a damaged product, please notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description of the issue
The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.
In the event of receipt of a damaged item, the customer must inform customer service on the day of receipt of the package. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be returned, unless it is expressly covered by the product warranty.
Please keep in mind that any returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Sale items, gift cards and unique items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. For purchases shipped overseas, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange as well, but any import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges that may apply outside of the product price, will have to be borne by the customer and Nimboo will not be held responsible for these charges. Please check with your internal logistics provider for additional charges you may have to incur for international deliveries.
Conditions of exchange
- The product must be new, unworn and unwashed *, with the original labels and in its original packaging.
- The product was purchased directly from the Nimboo site or its partners.
- All personalized items, limited editions, artist collaborations, sales or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
