Our lightweight, water-resistant, wind-proof accessories are made from recycled nylon and lined with the softest vegan down made from recycled polyester. Warm, light, and cozy, it feels just like traditional down but totally vegan and eco-friendly.
100% vegan and designed for convenience, they’re ideal for both quick errands and long winter walks.
The accessories are handcrafted in a small manufacture, with an utmost attention to details and care.

Care
- The product can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
- Do not use chlorine and any bleaching agents during washing.
- Air dry only.
- Do not iron.
- Alternatively dry cleaning is possible.

The average delivery time is between 3-7 working days from the time of receipt of payment.
Every product purchased is carefully packaged in an environmentally friendly and sustainable box and covered with biodegradable film.

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The shoe box is a part of the product — for a damaged shoe box we may charge a €20 repacking fee.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by you. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and later deduct this cost from your refund.

If ordered from EU or UK, please return to: New Orchard, Gwiazdzista Str. 15A/260, 01-651 Warsaw, Poland.
If you are returning an item valued at over CHF 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an article, please send us an email to [email protected].
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos before sending it back. We'll arrange a solution at no cost to you. Our boots come with a one-year warranty when used and cared for according to our recommendations.
