About the brand
Our inspiration for creating the etéreo brand came from the uniqueness of the washable paper features.

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected]
Purchases may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us.
Once your return has been received and accepted, please give it 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, etéreo cannot make any changes for orders that have already been shipped.
As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description of the issue
The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Items must be in its original condition . All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase.
