How to use:

Before Sleep

  • After thoroughly cleaning your face, pat it dry and apply your favorite hydrating night-cream or serum, then grab the Tea Tree Spot Serum and precisely apply over the stubborn little pimples. You might already see improvements when you wake up.

During the day

  • You can of course apply the serum during the day as well, but it is important that you don’t wear make-up on  the concerned areas.

If you do, pores will get blocked, and the Tea Tree Spot Serum will not be able to do its magic, not to mention the risk of getting even more pimples from make-up. Generally, pimples hate to be hidden by foundation. That’s why all great things happen at night.

The antibacterial & anti-inflammatory properties of Tea Tree together with its properties to reduce the excessive sebum secretion might make of it your best friend.

Tea Tree Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves of the tea tree through a process called distillation, includes over 100 compounds from a microscopical point of view, and has a herbal and slightly medicinal scent.

Together with Jojoba Oil, known by its INCI as Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, they join forces and create a natural serum that will make your mornings better.

The Tea Tree’s concentration is very important, if you chose to do it home, as too much of it might irritate your skin, especially if you have a sensitive one.

Refund Policy

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue

The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]  and only upon our answer, send your item to: Chemin des Sources 2, 1134, Chigny, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 CHF, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
