If you read fabric labels before price tags, you’re one of us.
Is it just for Switzerland?
Members can join from anywhere. Most brands ship worldwide. I also make sure to include non-European brand recommendations for our members from the US and overseas. Offline meetups will start in Switzerland.
How do I cancel?
You’re fully in control. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of your paid year.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you join to explore the Club. If it’s not a fit, email [email protected] for a full refund.
Can I request specific items?
Absolutely. Personal requests are part of your membership. Ask for ethical alternatives, outfit help, or product sourcing, I’ll curate options for you.
Why is this a yearly membership?
Because real wardrobe change takes time. Yearly access supports seasonal edits, fabric care habits, and ongoing requests without anyone rushing. Monthly billing encourages “dip in and cancel” behavior which keeps you stuck. You have a 30-day guarantee to see if it fits.
