How do you measure a shirt? By taking the following three steps, you can easily determine your perfect shirt size. By taking these three steps, the chances of you wanting to exchange the shirt for another size decreases significantly and you don't have to return the shirt which is good for the environment.

Step 1: Measure the circumference of your chest. Then look at the centimeters associated with the size in the size chart.

Step 2: Measure the sleeve length. That is from the tip of your shoulder to the beginning of your hand. You can then see the centimeters involved in the size chart.

Step 3: Measure your waist. Using these 3 steps, you can determine the perfect size of your favorite Vercate shirt.

Our products are delivered by DHL. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. It is possible that your order will be delivered in several shipments.

Delivery time

  • Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days.
  • Orders from Belgium will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
  • Orders from other European countries will be delivered to you within 3-8 working days.
  • Orders outside Europe  will be delivered to you within 4-8 working days.

Refund Policy

We will refund your return shipment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account with which the order was placed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Unfortunately it may happen that the product does not fit. You can return (exchange) the product up to 30 days after you have received the product. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packed in the original packaging.

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All products must be in the are in original condition and in the original packaging are packed.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must still have all original Vercate tags.
  • Keep your tracking code as proof of shipment.


Return costs

The costs for returning products from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are Free. The costs for returning products from other countries are for your own account.
