As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

• The order number
• The faulty item's name and number
• A description of the issue

The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.

In the event of receipt of a damaged item, the customer must inform customer service on the day of receipt of the package. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be returned, unless it is expressly covered by the product warranty.

Please keep in mind that any returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Sale items, gift cards and unique items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. For purchases shipped overseas, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange as well, but any import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges that may apply outside of the product price, will have to be borne by the customer and Nimboo will not be held responsible for these charges. Please check with your internal logistics provider for additional charges you may have to incur for international deliveries.

Conditions of exchange

• The product must be new, unworn and unwashed *, with the original labels and in its original packaging.
• The product was purchased directly from the Nimboo site or its partners.
• All personalized items, limited editions, artist collaborations, sales or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
