Shipping Policy

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by IKON SWEDEN, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.

Processing and Delivery times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days in normal circumstances depending on the product availability and then shipped. Orders are not shipped, processed, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time is 3-14 working days after processing depending upon the location.

Processing and shipping time could vary from 3 to 14 working days respectively depending upon the product and location of delivery. If you have any inquiries about your shipment and delivery, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Uncollected Packages:
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by the IKON SWEDEN

Refund Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, simply return the product to us – hassle-free. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As per company policy, the customer is responsible for Shipping back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.
Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number.
Ikon Sweden cannot be held responsible for any returned packages. Packages can be sent without tracking at your own risk.

Damages and issues
We’re pretty strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might go wrong. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right or initiate a Full refund (Shipping included*)

*If you are eligible, we’ll email a prepaid returns slip to you.

For Exchanges or Refunds:
If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact us as we would love to help you.

There are a few things to note:
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
- The return shipping isn't covered. 
- The refunds will be free of charge and will always include the product/s amount of the item/s you are returning, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
