Shipping Policy

Ana Dyla ships from the Netherlands.

We will make sure that your jewelry will be sent out within 48 hours.

  • EU countries courier delivery - CHF 14.95
  • UK courier delivery - CHF 18.75
  • USA courier delivery - CHF 24.75
  • Canada courier delivery - CHF 16.95

Free shipping on orders above CHF 150. Please note that free shipping does not apply during the sale.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within 30 days. To request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders, click Refund next to the item you want to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:

  • is in an undamaged state,
  • is not worn and/or used,
  • includes the original and undamaged packaging.

Ana Dyla reserves the right to refuse returned items. The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 8 working days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you’re with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering.
